The following Terms & Conditions should be read carefully as they outline the way in which we expect our services to be enjoyed. By booking a Magic Tantra Massage, you fully understand, agree with, and accept to abide by Magic Tantra Terms as stated below.
Alcohol & Drugs
We reserve the right to not service clients that sound or appear overly intoxicated with alcohol or drugs. Magic Tantra operates a zero-tolerance drugs policy. Any evidence of drug practice will result in an immediate forfeit of the session.
Masseuse Boundaries
Masseuses/masseurs provide a service that a client should enjoy in a completely passive respect. During your session, your masseuse/masseur will explain her boundairies in details. If you are unsure, what to expect, please ask Magic Tantra prior to committing to a booking.
Hygiene
Masseuses/masseurs reserve the right to request clients to come showered to every session.
Outcall Massage Area
For outcalls, clients have the obligation to provide a suitable area for massages to be completed. If this space should be on a floor, then a cushion or padded mat should be provided for the comfort of the masseuse/masseur. Massages are private, and no spectators or other parties will be allowed to observe, be present, or visible from the massage area.
Refusal of Service
Masseuses/masseurs reserve the right to refuse service to a client based on a number of factors. Clients who exhibit behaviour or verbal, physical or electronically submitted abuse, bad punctuality or rudeness will not be tolerated in any capacity.
Refund Policy
Online payments are valid for 2 years from the day of payment, so you dont have to be in a stress if you have to postpone your appointment from any reason. Cash payment is paid after the session only if you are satisfied with service.
Refunds: At Magic Tantra, we strive to provide high-quality massage services that exceed our client’s expectations. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which customers require a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund will be granted.

- Cancellation by Customer
If a customer cancels their appointment more than 48 hours before their scheduled time, they will receive an confirmation that their appointment can be postponed. Client has 2 years from the day of payment to come for appointment. - Dissatisfaction with Service
In the unlikely event that a customer is dissatisfied with their massage service, we will make every effort to resolve any issues they have experienced. If the issue cannot be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction, a partial refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Any request for a refund due to dissatisfaction is made immediatelly after the service was provided. The cash payment is received only after the session from the satisfaction reason. - Technical Issues with Website/Payment Processing
In rare cases where technical issues prevent a successful transaction or cause incorrect charges, a full refund will be issued promptly upon notification from the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such errors and appreciate the opportunity to correct them. Refund Policy for Workshops & Retreats at Magic Tantra
We want everyone who attends our events to have a positive experience and enjoy the benefits of learning new skills while connecting with like-minded individuals. To ensure fairness across all participants, the following guidelines govern our event ticket refund process.
All payments associated with our live events (workshops, retreats) are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. No refunds or exchanges will be given once purchased except as expressly detailed below.
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing your ticket for a workshop or retreat, as long as the event has not started yet. To do so, please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
- If you cancel your ticket less than 7 days before the start of the event, or if you do not show up for the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person, subject to our approval and a transfer fee of $20.
- If you are not satisfied with the workshop or retreat, please let us know as soon as possible during or after the event. We will try our best to resolve any issues or concerns you may have. If we are unable to do so, we may offer you a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the nature and extent of the problem.
Third Party Refund Policy – Workshops & Retreats
At Magic Tantra, we strive to provide transparent and consistent customer service, ensuring seamless communication between different parties when using third-party providers to register for our workshops and retreats. The following guidelines outline our approach for addressing refund issues related to external payment processing platforms and handling disputes effectively.
Booking Fee Refund Policy
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking with Magic Tantra and paying the booking fee deposit.
Booking Fee Deposit:
A $50 booking fee deposit is required to secure your massage appointment.
This deposit is refundable unless specified otherwise in the case of business-related cancellations.
Cancellations and refunds:
If you cancel your appointment within our cancellation policy timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or deposit credit. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for specific details. If the cancelation is more than 48 hours in aadvance, then your booking fee will not be lost and will be still valid.
Validity of booking fee or payments: 2 years from the day of payment.
Payment Security:
Your payment information is processed securely through our trusted payment gateway. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Changes to Appointments:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us within the specified timeframe. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice (more than 48hours), you may forfeit your booking fee deposit. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend.
Purchase Confirmation
Whenever possible, consult each vendor’s terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase, ensuring an accurate understanding of their policies, including potential restrictions or penalties for cancellations. This step minimizes confusion and improves collaboration among relevant parties to resolve concerns promptly.
Third-Party Vendor Policies Apply First
For tickets bought via third-party websites or services (such as humanitix, triniq), review these vendors’ refund policies directly since they handle transactions and assume primary responsibility for facilitating resolution under certain circumstances. In most instances, customers receive funds via the platform if they withdraw or cancel their reservations. Submit your refund request through the respective channel, allowing the intermediary to mediate resolution or issue the appropriate credits according to their procedures. It usually takes up to three business days for payouts to appear in users’ accounts post-refund approval or a transaction reversal.

Should you encounter difficulties obtaining desired outcomes via the chosen vendor, please contact us within fourteen (14) working days following the incident.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any refund request at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for any changes.
